Justin is founder, President, and Senior Clinical Director of Promotion Physical Therapy, P.C. Justin possesses over 15 years of experience in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy, including the completion of his three year Fellowship in Orthopaedics, Manual Physical Therapy, and Strength & Conditioning. During his Fellowship program, Dr. Martindale also became board certified in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. His proficiency and certifications set Dr. Martindale in an elite category of being one of less than 400 in the nation to have achieved such a status.

Autumn Martens, Senior Clinical Director
PT, DPT, FAAOMPT
Dr. Martens was born and raised in Northern California. A President's Scholar, she graduated from California State University, Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with an option in Human Physiology. Dr. Martens continued her education at the University of Delaware where she completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Her clinical rotation at Walter Reed Army Medical in Washington DC is where she developed her love for working with patient's who have had an amputation. In 2015, Dr. Martens completed a three-year fellowship program for Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy, receiving the title of Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy.

Ashley Belrose, Clinical Director
PT, DPT, FAAOMPT
Ashley received her Bachelor of Applied Health Science degree in 2009 from Bowling Green State University. She attended the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio and received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012. Dr. Belrose has completed a three-year fellowship program for Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy, receiving the title of Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy.

Jennifer Canales, Physical Therapist
Jennifer is a native Texan, born and raised in Killeen. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2005 from Texas A&M University in College Station. After a fulfilling career in dance education, Jennifer moved to San Antonio to continue her education at the University of Texas Health Science Center where she received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2014.

George Gagot, Physical Therapist
Originally from El Paso, Texas, Dr. George Gagot received his Bachelor's in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin. In 2014, received a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio.

Megan Sette, Physical Therapist
Originally from Tucson, AZ, Megan attended the University of Portland and graduated in 2010 with her Bachelor of Science in Life Science. Dr. Sette earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University in Mesa, AZ in 2013. She is currently working towards completing a three-year Fellowship program for Orthopedics and Manual Therapy.

Lauren Arihood, Physical Therapist
Lauren is originally from Philadelphia, PA. She received her Bachelor's in Biology from Saint Joseph's University in 2004, and her Master's in Forensic Biology shortly after from the University of Albany in 2005. In May 2016, she completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at George Washington University in Washington D.C.

Samantha Hansen, Physical Therapist
Dr. Samantha Hansen is from the wonderful city of San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Hansen became a physical therapist to provide healthcare in a setting where she is able to really spend time with the patient, get to know them and understand them. Dr. Hansen feels this is the best way to create real change in a persons overall health.

Giovanna Nuanes, Physical Therapist
Dr. Nuanes was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She completed her undergrad at the University of Incarnate Word with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2012. She moved on to collect her Master of Science in Athletic Training in 2014 from Texas State University. Dr. Nuanes completed her Doctorate in December of 2016 from The University of Texas at El Paso in El Paso, Texas.

Lacey Nordby, Physical Therapist Assistant
Lacey Nordby was born and raised up north in Spokane, Washington. She grew up playing sports and staying very active, and quickly realized she wanted to pursue a career path where she could help people progress in a positive way. She went on to receive her Bachelor's in Exercise Health Science in 2013 from Eastern Washington University, and graduated with a PTA degree from Spokane Fall Community College in the Spring of 2016.
