Dr. Martindale founded Promotion Physical Therapy in 2005. He currently operates as the Chief Medical Officer and possesses over 20 years of experience in orthopaedic manual physical therapy. He is board certified in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy and he successfully completed a three-year fellowship program to become a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists.

Dr. Martindale was born and raised in North Texas where he also graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science. He continued his education at the University of Texas Health Sciences Center at San Antonio where he earned a B.S. in Health Care and then his Masters degree in Physical Therapy. Upon graduation, Dr. Martindale was accepted into a three-year Fellowship program for Orthopaedics and Manual Physical Therapy. While he was completing his fellowship, Dr. Martindale gained his board certification in Orthopaedics and nationally certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist. He successfully completed his fellowship and gained full Fellow status in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. Dr. Martindale then completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University.
